We have absolutely loved living in The Point and taking advantage of so many community events. The addition of our pool in 2020 has made our home feel like a vacation resort everyday! Having the primary bedroom, as well as 2 additional large bedrooms on the main floor has been the perfect floor plan, especially when having visitors (which is often at the lake). We also love having the multi-purpose room with great backyard views right from our bedroom. Our open floor plan flows easily from the kitchen/dining areas and onto the back patios so easily when our family gathers together. One of our favorite features is the 4 car garage that is so hard to find and especially having the heated garage space for the car enthusiast. We know that you will enjoy this home as much as we have over the years.

I can't say enough about this amazing location. Within Trump National Charlotte and The Point there is access to community play ground and neighborhood green, as well as walking trails and sidewalks throughout, but just beyond this, you are only minutes from interstate access, new breweries and excellent dining options and with a deeded boat slip, you can take advantage of the many lakefront dining options located just minutes away by boat.
