Why We Love This House

We have absolutely loved living in The Point and taking advantage of so many community events. The addition of our pool and more, has made our home feel like a vacation resort everyday! The basement reconfiguration with another kitchen area makes entertaining so fun, and we love how easy it is to enjoy so many outside areas during all the seasons of the year! It’s also so peaceful to be surrounded by the lush landscaping, giving us extensive privacy and the walking trail behind the house is perfect for a beautiful stroll down to the lake. Our family has enjoyed many days on the lake, thanks to the boat slip. We know that you will enjoy this home as much as we have over the years.

I can't say enough about this amazing location. Within Trump National Charlotte and The Point there is access to community play ground and neighborhood green, as well as walking trails and sidewalks throughout, but just beyond this, you are only minutes from interstate access, new breweries and excellent dining options and with a deeded boat slip, you can take advantage of the many lakefront dining options located just minutes away by boat.
