Why We Love This House

We have absolutely loved every minute of living here. We knew when we first saw this home that it would be perfect for us and that our personal touches could make the home even better. The lake views were an absolute must, and we loved having the deeded boat slip for additional lake access, but without having personal dock maintenance. Our biggest enhancement was the renovation of the back deck, complete with new underlayment and quality materials to last for many years of maintenance free outdoor enjoyment. The expansive travertine patio is where we spend most evenings, enjoying the sunset, and as you can imagine on cooler evenings, we have thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. The Point community has been another fantastic find where we have made many friends and enjoyed club activities, such as the billiards club! I can't say enough about this amazing location.
